Terms of Service

By creating an account on Reddybook Pro, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. That agreement is between you and Reddybook Pro, and it is binding from the moment you first use the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform. It is that straightforward. These terms exist to be fair to both sides — to you as a user and to us as the platform operator. Read them, ask us if anything is unclear, and then decide whether you are comfortable proceeding.

These terms apply to every type of account on the platform — regular user accounts, panel accounts, and Pro Panel accounts. Where specific rules apply differently to different account types, we say so clearly in the relevant section.

To use Reddybook Pro, you must be at least 18 years old. This is not a preference or a suggestion — it is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Online sports betting and casino gaming are adult activities and we do not permit anyone under 18 to participate, regardless of the circumstances or who they say they are.

You must also be using the platform voluntarily — not under any compulsion — and you must be accessing it in a jurisdiction where doing so is legal for you personally. Laws around online betting vary by state in India and by country internationally. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of the platform is lawful where you are located. We do not and cannot provide legal advice on this question.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both of these requirements — that you are 18 or older and that you are accessing the platform lawfully. If either of these turns out to be false, we reserve the right to close your account immediately and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Each person may hold only one active user account on the Reddybook Pro platform. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, claim bonuses more than once, or for any other reason is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When you register, the information you provide — your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate. Using false information to create an account voids any agreement between us and may result in your balance being frozen while the situation is investigated.

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your login credentials private. Do not share your password, your OTP, or access to your account with anyone else. If you share your account and something goes wrong — a disputed transaction, unauthorised bets — we cannot differentiate between actions you took and actions taken by someone you gave access to.

If you believe someone else has accessed your account without your permission, contact us immediately through the official WhatsApp support channel. The sooner you report it, the more we can do to protect your account and investigate what happened.

All deposits must go through the official payment channels shown inside the platform's deposit interface. Never send money to a personal phone number or personal UPI ID — even if someone claiming to represent the platform asks you to. Official deposit instructions always appear inside the platform itself, not in a WhatsApp message.

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit is Rs.100. The minimum withdrawal is also Rs.100. There are no platform-side fees on either deposits or withdrawals. Any charges you notice are from your bank or UPI provider — not from us.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed after account and payment verification. To avoid delays, make sure the name and payment details associated with your withdrawal match the details registered on your Reddybook Pro account. Mismatched details are the single most common reason for withdrawal delays and they are entirely avoidable.

We aim to process all verified withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted. During periods of high platform activity — major IPL matches, tournament finals — processing times may extend slightly. If a withdrawal has not arrived within 24 hours of submission, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Once you place a bet and it is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to that bet — we do not change odds after confirmation. If there is a technical error that causes odds to display incorrectly before confirmation, we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to wallets.

All settled bets are final unless there is a clear platform error. We do not reverse or adjust settled bets based on external events — a referee decision reviewed after broadcast, for example — unless the official governing body of the relevant sport has itself issued a correction that changes the official result of the event.

What Happens in Cancelled Events

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your wallet. The specific minimum required play for each sport is governed by our standard market rules, which apply uniformly across all users.

Suspicious Betting Activity

We monitor betting patterns for activity that suggests match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities. If suspicious patterns are detected, we reserve the right to void the relevant bets, suspend the account pending investigation, and withhold any associated winnings until the investigation is complete. Accounts found to be involved in match manipulation or coordinated fraud will be permanently closed.

You are welcome to use Reddybook Pro for sports betting, casino gaming, and all the features your account type provides access to. What you may not do is attempt to interfere with the platform's operation, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use the platform in ways that harm other users.

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform — place bets, monitor odds, or perform any other action — is prohibited. Bets placed through automated means may be voided and the account used may be suspended or closed.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms of Service. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts, providing false registration information, being under 18, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to manipulate betting markets, or using the platform in any way that harms other users or the platform itself.

In the case of suspected fraud or criminal activity, we may suspend an account immediately without prior notice while an investigation takes place. During an active suspension, the account holder cannot log in or access their balance. We will communicate the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve it as quickly as reasonably possible.

You also have the right to request closure of your own account at any time. Contact our support team and we will process the request after confirming your identity and settling any outstanding balance. Account closure due to a responsible gaming decision — choosing to stop betting — can be processed immediately and without any waiting period.

We operate the platform to the best of our ability and work to ensure it is available, accurate, and fair at all times. However, there are limits to what we can be held responsible for.

We are not liable for losses arising from betting outcomes — the nature of sports betting means that losing is a possibility every time you place a bet, and that risk is accepted by you when you participate. We are not liable for decisions made by users that result in financial loss, for technical failures outside our reasonable control such as internet outages or UPI network disruptions, or for losses arising from users failing to follow the security practices outlined in these terms.

We are liable for errors that are clearly and demonstrably our fault — incorrect odds that were confirmed by the system, payment processing errors on our end, or technical failures that cause bets to be settled incorrectly. Where such errors occur, we will correct them as quickly as possible and ensure affected users are made whole.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If you have a dispute about a bet outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of your account, the first step is to contact our support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Our support team has access to complete transaction records and betting history for every account and can investigate most issues within 24 to 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may request a formal review. A formal review escalates the matter to a senior team member who will examine all relevant records and provide a written decision within seven working days. The decision from a formal review is final with respect to the platform's internal process.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through the processes above will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
