Reddybook Pro Panel Login

How the Reddybook Pro panel works, who uses it, how to access it, what the dashboard contains, permission levels explained, and everything you need to operate it safely and effectively.

What Is the Reddybook Pro Panel?

Most users of Reddybook interact with the platform as regular bettors — they log in, place bets, and manage their own account. But there is another layer to the platform that is less visible to regular users: the panel system. The Reddybook Pro panel is a dedicated administrative interface used by agents, master agents, and platform managers to manage networks of users and monitor account activity.

If you are a regular bettor, you do not need the panel — your standard user login covers everything you need. The panel login is specifically for people who operate at an agent or master agent level within the Reddybook ecosystem.

When someone becomes an agent, they are given a separate set of credentials — a panel username and password — that are completely different from their regular user account credentials. These panel credentials open a different interface with different tools: user management, balance controls, sub-agent creation, betting oversight, and detailed reporting capabilities that a standard user account never shows.

Understanding the difference between user login and panel login is important. Trying to use panel credentials on the standard user login screen, or vice versa, will result in an error. The two are separate systems with separate entry points, even though they are part of the same overall Reddybook platform.

The Agent Hierarchy — Who's Who

👑
Master / Admin
Full platform control. Manages all master agents, sets global limits, views all activity across the entire network, and controls the highest level account settings.
🏅
Master Agent (Super Agent)
Manages a network of agents beneath them. Can create and remove sub-agents, set credit limits, view their network's overall activity, and control their own users directly.
🎯
Agent
Manages a group of end users. Creates user accounts for their clients, assigns credit, monitors individual user activity, and handles deposits and withdrawals for their users.
👤
End User (Regular Bettor)
Standard betting account. Places bets, accesses casino games, manages their own wallet. Uses user login — does not have panel access.

The hierarchy above shows how the Reddybook agent system is layered. Each level can only see and manage the levels below them — an agent cannot see other agents at the same level, and a master agent cannot access the tools of the admin above them. This structured access system is what keeps the platform organised and prevents any single user from having unchecked control over accounts that are not under their remit.

How to Access the Panel Login

1

Use the Correct Panel URL — Not the User Login Page

The panel has its own dedicated login URL that is separate from the standard user login page. This URL is provided to you by the platform when your agent or master agent account is created. It typically follows a different path on the domain — check with your platform contact or support team if you are not sure which URL to use for panel access.

⚠ Never use the regular user login URL for panel access — it will not work and may generate an error
2

Enter Your Panel Username and Password

Your panel credentials are completely separate from your regular user account login. The username and password for the panel were issued to you when your agent account was set up. If you have been issued a temporary password, you will be prompted to change it on your first login — do this immediately and choose a strong, unique password that you do not use anywhere else.

💡 Use a password manager to store panel credentials separately from your user account credentials
3

Complete Any Two-Factor Verification if Required

Panel logins for agent and master agent levels often require an additional verification step beyond just the username and password. This may be an OTP sent to your registered mobile number, or a verification code from an authenticator app. This extra layer of security is standard for panel access because the panel controls financial operations and user management — much higher-stakes access than a regular user account.

4

The Dashboard Loads — Understand What You Are Seeing

After successful login, the panel dashboard opens. The layout is significantly different from the user-facing platform. You will see your network summary, outstanding balances, recent user activity, and quick links to the main panel functions. Spend time understanding each section before making any changes — especially those that affect user credit or account status.

5

Log Out Properly After Every Session

Panel access is high-privilege. Unlike a regular user account where staying logged in is generally fine on a personal device, panel sessions should always be explicitly closed at the end of each use. An unattended panel session could allow unauthorized changes to user accounts or financial records. Always use the logout function — do not simply close the browser tab.

⚠ Closing the browser tab is not the same as logging out — use the Logout button

The dashboard cards shown above represent the types of information visible immediately after panel login. The actual numbers shown depend on your specific agent network and the activity within it. Each card links to a more detailed report screen where you can drill down into individual user data, transaction histories, and betting records. New panel users should take time to explore each section before using any management functions — understanding what each report shows before acting on it prevents accidental changes that are harder to reverse than to avoid.

What You Use the Panel For in Practice

🆕
AGENT TASK

Creating a New User Account for a Client

A new client wants to start betting. As an agent, you log into the panel and navigate to the User Management section. You create a new account by entering their name, mobile number, and date of birth. The system generates a User ID and temporary password which you share with the client. You also assign their initial credit limit from your available allocation. The whole process takes under two minutes and the client's account is immediately active.

💳
AGENT / MASTER AGENT TASK

Managing Deposits and Withdrawals for Users

A user messages you saying they have deposited funds but their balance has not updated. You log into the panel, go to that user's account, and check their transaction history. If the payment is confirmed received, you can manually credit their account from the panel. Similarly, when a user requests a withdrawal, you process it through the panel's payment management section, selecting the amount and the method.

📈
MASTER AGENT TASK

Reviewing Your Agent Network's Performance

At the end of each week, you want to review how your sub-agents and their user bases are performing. You log into the panel and open the P&L report section. You can see each agent's total betting volume, the profit and loss figures for their user pool, the commission earned at each level, and any outstanding balance issues. This lets you identify which agents are performing well and which may need attention.

🚨
AGENT / MASTER AGENT TASK

Suspending a User Account Due to Suspicious Activity

You notice unusual betting patterns in a user's account — very large bets placed in rapid succession outside their normal behaviour, or multiple login attempts from different locations. From the panel, you can temporarily suspend the account while you investigate or contact the user to verify the activity is legitimate. This protects both the user from potential fraud and your network from liability.

Essential Security Rules for Panel Users

Use a Dedicated, Unique Password for Panel Access

Your panel password should be different from your user account password, your email password, and every other password you use. Panel credentials control financial operations — treat them with a higher level of security than any other login you have.

Always Log Out After Every Panel Session

Do not close the browser tab or window — use the Logout button in the panel. This properly terminates your authenticated session and prevents anyone who uses the same device later from accessing your panel without your credentials.

Access the Panel Only on Your Personal, Secured Device

Never log into the panel from a shared computer, a public device, or anyone else's phone. Even a brief panel session on an unsecured device risks credential exposure through browser history, autocomplete, or keyloggers.

Complete Two-Factor Verification Every Time It Is Required

If your panel has two-factor authentication enabled, never skip it or look for a way around it. 2FA is the single most effective protection against unauthorized panel access even if your password is compromised.

Never Share Panel Credentials With Anyone — Including Sub-Agents

Sub-agents have their own panel credentials. They do not need yours and should never be given yours. Sharing panel credentials at any level violates account policy and makes it impossible to trace which person made any specific change in the system.

Do Not Access the Panel Over Public or Unsecured Wi-Fi

Panel sessions involve sensitive financial and user data. Accessing them on an open network risks interception. Use a mobile data connection or a secured private network for all panel logins.

Panel Login Questions Answered

Do I need the panel to place bets as an agent?

No. The panel is for managing your user network — creating accounts, handling deposits and withdrawals, reviewing activity. For placing your own personal bets, you use your standard user account login on the regular platform, not the panel. The two are entirely separate interfaces designed for completely different purposes.

How do I get panel access as a new agent?

Panel access is not self-service — it is assigned by the platform. When you are onboarded as an agent or master agent, the platform administrator creates your panel account and provides you with your panel URL, username, and initial password. Contact the official Reddybook support team via WhatsApp or your existing contact at the platform to discuss becoming an agent if you are interested in this level of access.

What should I do if I cannot log into the panel?

First, confirm you are using the correct panel URL and not the standard user login page. Double-check your username and password — panel credentials are case-sensitive. If you have recently changed your password and cannot remember the new one, contact the platform administrator or support team for a reset. Do not attempt to guess the password multiple times as repeated failures may trigger a security lock on the panel account.

Can I access the panel from the Reddybook mobile app?

The standard APK app is designed for end users — it gives access to the regular user-facing platform, not the agent panel. Panel access is typically done through a web browser on a desktop or laptop for the full management experience. Some panels may have limited mobile browser support, but the full feature set is generally best accessed from a desktop browser.

Is there a limit on how many users an agent can manage?

User limits depend on the tier of agent account you hold and any specific terms agreed when your panel was set up. Master agents typically manage larger networks than standard agents. If you need your user limit increased, contact the platform administrator and they can review and adjust your allocation based on your network activity and performance history.

What happens if an agent account is inactive for a long time?

Extended periods of inactivity on an agent panel may result in the account being flagged for review or temporarily suspended as a security precaution. If you return after a long absence and cannot log in, contact platform support who can verify your identity and reactivate your access. Keeping some level of regular activity on the panel is the best way to avoid inactivity-related lockouts.
