Everything about depositing on Reddybook — which payment methods work, the exact steps to add money, why it sometimes takes a few minutes, what to do when your wallet does not update, and the one safety rule that protects every rupee you send.
Go to the Wallet section inside your account. You will see your current balance and the Deposit option.
A UPI ID or QR code appears. Copy or scan it in your payment app. Enter your amount. Complete the payment.
As soon as your payment confirms, the amount lands in your Reddybook wallet. No manual step needed.
Open the Reddybook platform on your phone browser or the downloaded app. Enter your betting ID (your unique username) and your password. Your dashboard loads showing your current wallet balance — Rs.0 for a new account or whatever your remaining balance is from previous activity.
If you do not have a Reddybook betting ID yet, you need to register first. Registration is free and takes under 2 minutes via WhatsApp. Your ID is what links your payment to your account — without it, there is nowhere for the deposit to land.
From your dashboard, find the Wallet section — usually in the main navigation or accessible from your balance display. Tap Deposit. This is the page that shows you the official payment details for this session: a UPI ID, a QR code, or both.
This screen is the only legitimate source of payment information for a Reddybook deposit. Whatever UPI ID or QR code is shown here is where your money should go. Do not use payment details from any other source — not from a WhatsApp message, not from a Telegram group, not from an agent who contacts you first. The deposit screen inside your logged-in account is the only one you should trust.
Open Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm on your phone. Scan the QR code shown on the deposit screen, or manually enter the UPI ID. Set your deposit amount — minimum Rs.100, no upper limit stated by the platform. Complete the payment as you would any other UPI transfer.
The payment leaves your bank account or UPI wallet and is confirmed by your payment app with the usual success screen and sound. At this point the money is in transit — the next step is your Reddybook wallet updating to reflect it.
Return to your Reddybook account. In most cases, your wallet balance updates within seconds of the UPI payment confirming. You will see the new balance reflected on your dashboard and you can immediately start placing bets on any live market without any further steps.
Occasionally — especially during peak IPL match evenings when many users are depositing simultaneously — the wallet update may take 1 to 5 minutes. This is a bank-side processing lag, not a platform issue. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, do not send a second payment. Go to the troubleshooting section below instead.

Most deposit issues have straightforward causes and straightforward fixes. Here are the specific problems users encounter most often and exactly how to resolve each one.
I paid via UPI and my wallet still shows Rs.0 after 5 minutes.
Take a screenshot of your UPI success screen showing the transaction ID and amount. Send it to WhatsApp support with your betting ID. Do not send a second payment. The support team can trace the transaction and credit your wallet manually once the payment is verified.
My UPI payment failed but the money left my account.
When a UPI payment "fails" after leaving your account, the money almost always returns automatically within 2 to 5 working days through the bank's refund process. Check your bank statement before panicking. If no refund after 5 days, share the transaction reference with both your bank and WhatsApp support.
The deposit screen is not loading or showing payment details.
Clear your browser cache or close and reopen the app. Try a different browser. Do not request payment details through WhatsApp — always get them from inside the platform. If the screen still will not load, contact support and ask them to check for platform maintenance.
I sent money to a WhatsApp number but my wallet has not updated.
This is the most serious scenario. If you sent money to a UPI number someone shared with you in a WhatsApp message — not from the official deposit screen — there is a real chance you have been scammed. Contact Reddybook support immediately with full details. Also file a cybercrime complaint at cybercrime.gov.in if you believe you have been defrauded.
My deposit worked but I got credited less than I sent.
Reddybook does not take platform fees from deposits — what you send should arrive in full. If the credited amount differs, share your payment confirmation screenshot with WhatsApp support showing the sent amount and the credited amount. Discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
The biggest financial losses Indian bettors experience are not from losing bets — they are from deposit scams. These are simple, completely avoidable, and happen primarily to people who did not know this one rule.
Only ever deposit using payment details shown inside the Reddybook platform after you log in. A UPI ID on the platform's own deposit screen. A QR code inside your account. Nothing else. Never send money to a phone number, personal UPI ID, or bank account that anyone shares with you in a WhatsApp message, Telegram group, or any external chat — even if they claim to be from the platform, your agent, or technical support.
The scam works like this: you join a betting WhatsApp group. Someone offers to help you deposit. They send you a "direct" UPI number. You send Rs.1,000 or Rs.5,000. They confirm it is received. Your wallet never updates. When you ask questions, they stop responding. This happens because the UPI number was theirs, not the platform's, and your money is gone.
One habit prevents this entirely: if payment details did not come from the deposit screen inside your logged-in Reddybook account, do not pay them. No exceptions.
Log in, go to Wallet, tap Deposit, and use only the UPI details shown on that specific screen. This is the only legitimate deposit path on Reddybook.
Keep a screenshot of your UPI success screen for every deposit you make, including the transaction ID, amount, and recipient. This is your proof if any issue arises later.
Wallet updates are usually instant but can take up to 5 minutes during peak hours. Wait before reaching out, and never send a second payment thinking the first failed.
Reddybook support will never ask for your UPI PIN or bank OTP. Anyone who asks for either of these is attempting fraud — end the conversation and report the contact.
WhatsApp groups and Telegram channels frequently have fake agents offering direct deposits. These are scams. There is no "direct" deposit path outside the official platform screen.
If anything about a deposit request looks unusual — a different UPI ID than before, a name mismatch, pressure to pay quickly — contact official WhatsApp support before sending anything.
Only deposit money you can afford to lose entirely. Betting involves real financial risk and winnings are never guaranteed. The minimum is Rs.100 for a reason — it is genuinely low enough to experience the platform without significant exposure. 18+ only. If you want to set a deposit limit or take a break, contact WhatsApp support — no questions asked. Vandrevala Foundation: 1860-2662-345.
Get your Reddybook betting ID via WhatsApp (free, 2 minutes), log in, go to Wallet, use the UPI ID on the deposit screen, and your money lands instantly. Minimum Rs.100. Zero platform fees. 18+ only — bet responsibly.
