Delete Your Account

You can request the closure and deletion of your account. We will process your request after confirming your identity and settling any outstanding balances. Note that some transaction records may be retained after account closure for legal and compliance purposes, even after personal identifying information is removed.

Withdraw Consent

Account registration information — kept for the duration of your account and for a period after closure required by applicable regulations.

Transaction records — financial transaction histories are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements in India. This applies even if your account is closed.

Support communications — records of your interactions with our support team are retained for the duration of your account and for a period afterwards. These records help us handle any future disputes or references to previous conversations.

Security and session logs — IP address logs and session data are retained for a shorter period — typically 90 days — unless there is a specific security or investigation reason to retain them longer.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked back to you as an individual.
